The RNDI-8 is a high-end interface that facilitates the direct connection of high-impedance unbalanced input sources like electric guitars, basses, and keyboards to preamps or mixing desks. The unit is also ideal for use in re-amping situations. With eight independent channels in a single rack unit, it's versatile and reliable, making it suitable for both live and studio environments. The RNDI-8's class-A circuit topology and custom transformers deliver outstanding sonic performance and natural sound. A uniquely wide bandwidth with a frequency response stretching from 5Hz past 90kHz, the RNDI-8 possesses a distinctly musical capture voice. It also includes eight individual 'Pin 1 Isolate' switches on the rear panel that eliminate common sources of hum in the signal path. Eight ground lift buttons on the front panel separate each channel's circuit ground from the chassis ground for even greater isolation because all you want to hear is the source!
