Product Overview
The ShowCast 100 12X Kit from Full Compass consists of three PTC-280 cameras, a ShowCast 100 streaming production switcher, three HBT-15 HDBaseT transmitters, and an HBT-30 3-channel HDBaseT Receiver. The ShowCast 100 12X Kit is ideal for any fixed or mobile production application, allowing you to stream 4K HDMI signals originating from cameras up to 100m away. The 4K/60p 4-channel switcher features a 14" 7 function touchscreen that offers switching, overlays, camera control, and more from an intuitive interface similar to a smart tablet. An integrated live streaming encoder means you can record and stream simultaneously while recording via the SD card slot (media sold separately) for file backup and post-production editing. The ShowCast also features editable cut, mix, and wipe transitions that are easily accessible to keep viewers engaged. 12 camera position presets, four per camera, can be stored and recalled with the touch of a top panel button, allowing you to direct the attention where you want when you want. And with the PTC-280, you can capture your event in stunning 4K50/60p resolution. Thanks to Datavideo's DVIP protocol, the camera is easy to control via a standard RS-422 serial port, IP remote control, or the included ShowCast 100. The 280's noise reduction technology ensures sharp image capture even in low light conditions. A wide 71° field of view allows you to shoot the entire scene in front of you. Once you have what you need, it can be output for display using standard HDMI or 3G-SDI outputs. Of course, if you want the rush of streaming live, the PTC-280 accommodates simultaneous HDMI/3G-SDI and 10/100/1000 BaseT streaming output. When used with the included HBT-30 receiver, the included HBT-15 transmitters will extend your 2160p signal range up to 100m over standard Cat 6A or above cabling.
