MuxLab 500920 16-Port Rackmount Transceiver Chassis, 3RU

The 16-Port Rackmount Transceiver Chassis serves as an integral head-end solution for efficient cable management, specifically engineered to accommodate up to sixteen (16) MuxLab Transceivers within a standard 19-inch telecom relay rack. This setup facilitates the centralization of head-end AV equipment—such as DVD players, video servers, and cable boxes—within a local wiring closet, interconnected to the Cat5e/6 structured cabling system through a diverse range of MuxLab Transceiver solutions.

The orientation of the Transceiver can be adjusted, allowing installation in either front or rear-facing positions based on the application's requirements. For customization and structural integrity, blank filler plates are available for separate purchase in quantities of four (4) units (P/N: 500921). Additionally, mounting brackets designed to accommodate 16 Transceivers onto the rack are provided, with the option to acquire additional brackets separately in sets of four (4) (P/N: 500922) for mounting two (2) transceivers per bracket.
