Very cheaply made. I ordered three, and they all came in with bent rack ears. I decided to bend them back rather than return the products for something more expensive. The metal is soft enough that I hardly needed a tool to bend the ears back. They were apparently packaged wrong at the factory - the styrofoam blocks were in the wrong position, and exposed the rack ears right at the corners of the box. Definitely not road-worthy. Latches are loud when closing. I'll stick with Middle Atlantic.
