What do I do if my item still doesn’t work or has additional problems?

If you’re concerned about the duration of a spare part warranty please contact us before placing your order. Be aware that if you install a part to repair an item that’s still under the manufacturer’s warranty you may void the warranty in your item by performing unauthorized repairs.

This Korg Micro SD Card fixed a boot up problem when powering up it would freeze. The Op system is on this card. Now my Korg Krome is working as expected. Thanks to Full Compass for offering this I couldn't find it anywhere else.

I just installed this in my 6 year old Korg Krome. It wouldn’t boot up at all; just kept getting an error. Now it works as new! Yay!!
