I haven't used these yet but I will keep them as spares. My situation: I have an existing large 175 mile outdoor TV antenna on the roof, mounted to our chimney. In the past, I have had 2 previous failures of retail branded outdoor matching transformers over 15 years. I can see that the existing is at the end of it's life. So when my current in use transformer fails, then I will install the higher quality Philmore transformer along with new 75 Ohm cable, and still have a second as a spare part.

Great product when you are "Cutting the Cord". We have five tv's hooked up to our antenna and without this device, we would not be able to bring in 63 channels of FREE tv!
